• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable

• Physical tickets are held securely on your behalf

4.2 Number Selection

You may select numbers manually or use the Quick Pick feature for random selection. All number selections are subject to availability and the rules of the specific lottery game.

4.3 Cut-off Times

Ticket sales close at the designated cut-off time before each draw. We are not responsible for purchases attempted after the cut-off time.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers as specified on our platform. All payments are processed securely through certified payment processors.

5.2 Service Fees

Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe specified by Loto-Québec regulations (typically 1 year from the draw date). Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.

You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings. We may be required to report large winnings to tax authorities.

6.4 Publicity

By winning a prize, you may be required to participate in publicity activities as mandated by lottery regulations. Large prize winners may have their names publicly disclosed.
